MeterReaderExtender app for iPhone and iPad

This App is an extension for the MeterReader App (1.2). It allows a team of two to work together. One person is using the master app, controlling all the jobs and readings and typing in the meter readings, while a second person is reading the values out. This second person can use the MeterReaderExtender to take a photo of that meter for documentation reasons.

MeterReader and MeterReaderExtender use Core Bluetooth for communication. This communication is enabled or disabled in the preference dialog of the MeterReader app. The MeterReader also stores the device name of the MeterReaderExtender after the first connection was established. From now on MeterReader will talk solely to the MeterReaderExtender on this device. If the user wants to connect to a different device, the name must be cleared in the preference dialog.

The pictures are not transmitted via bluetooth and they are stored in the picture library of the extending device
